Piima 6 is a 15-storey office building and Piima 8 is a 14-storey office building. The buildings are connected by an underground tunnel with two floors for parking.
According to plans, the future office buildings will be built by using energy-saving solutions and will seek to be awarded class B energy efficiency labels.

We rent out office spaces starting from about 550 m2, i.e. a minimum of 1 floor at a time.
The rent depends on the floor.
The rent ranges from 10.50 €/m2 to 12.50 €/m2
