Sales information

Included in the price:

• finishing for the apartment and the building according to the design and interior design package;
• water supply and sewage connection fees;
• power supply connection fees;
• heating system connection fees;
• telephone and data connection and security alarm system readiness;

Not included in the price of the contract:

• the notary’s fee and the state fee related to concluding the contract of sale;
• fees for subscription to telephone and data services, cable television networks and security alarm systems;
• furniture;
• parking space.

The agreement shall be concluded as follows:

1. A notarial real right contract.

The possession will be transferred by way of an unattested written deed of conveyance after the real right contract is concluded.
